internally but also in our visual communication, it is important to consider the following points when selecting images and talent.<\/p><p>A broad depiction of ages and demographics of people is important in ensuring a representative, inclusive experience that speaks to a wide variety of audiences:<\/p><ul><li>Does the page depict a diverse age range when appropriate?<\/li><li>Is the emphasis on pediatrics appropriate for the intent of the page?<\/li><li>Does the page depict images of people that are representative of a diverse audience (race or background)?<\/li><li>Who is missing or excluded?<\/li><li>Can any photos be swapped out for a different type of person?<\/li><li>Are any stereotypes being perpetuated in the photo I am using?<\/li><li>Can everyone who might view the photo see someone like themselves represented in it<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>We do not make visual statements on political situations, global conflicts, religious denominations or culturally very specific occasions.<br \/><\/strong><strong>Accordingly, the following images\/situations shall be avoided when selecting images or when creating film sets:<\/strong><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2><strong>Social events<\/strong><\/h2><p>We do not show alcoholic beverages.
